Ich: „Ich habe Ihnen gerade das gewünschte Bild mit transparentem Hintergrund zugesendet.“
Kunde: „Hier in Photoshop ist nichts transparent. Schicken Sie es noch einmal!“
Ich (kontrolliere die Datei – alles in Ordnung): „So, ich habe es Ihnen noch einmal geschickt. Es müsste alles in Ordnung sein.“
Kunde: „Nichts ist in Ordnung, das ist nicht transparent! Was können Sie eigentlich?“
Ich: „Wie sieht das Bild denn bei Ihnen genau aus?“
Kunde: „Na, das Produkt auf so einem hässlichen grau-weiß gekachelten Hintergrund.“
